And yes, it does cause vomiting, diarrhea, runny nose, and then finally the infamous rash. Unfortunately, it took me two days into the rash to figure out exactly what was going on. At least she is on the mend now. For the first time in almost three weeks, she only pooped once today. Her skin is still scaley from the rash but I can tell it is healing and looking better already. Now if only I could convince her to go to sleep before midnight. These last nights wear me out.

In other news, we adopted a 5 week old puppy last Saturday. She is a Border Collie and doing great so far. She has some roundworms but I believe most puppies go through that phase. She is being treated for it and we will begin treatment on the kids for it Monday as well. We gave her her first bath today and now she smells so good. We have spent most of the past week home with her making sure her adjustment to her new home is as smooth as possible. Bailey loves having a new member of the family to play with her all day long.
