Merry Christmas Bailey!!
She loved getting a bunch of new presents to open! I think by far her most favorite is the playhouse. It was a huge hit! I sat down there with her while she played for a while this morning and then my dad came over and played with her some more in there. I'll have to turn the heat on later so we can spend some more time down there. At first she just sat in there just like she does when we see them at the stores. After a few minutes she started exploring what all was in there. She found the sink and washed her hands, sat at the table, played hide and seek, and had a great time. It was definitely a good investment!
She also got a lot of stuffed animals, especially kitties. She got some replacement dolls but nothing nice. After dismembering her last doll, I am a bit apprehensive about getting her a pricey one. Maybe once she is a bit older, she will take better care of them. She gets a lot of influence from the boys though. She loves all her Hello Kitty things, it was the first thing she saw this morning and played with it first. I think overall, she enjoyed opening presents more than anything else. I could have wrapped a bunch of stuff she already has and she would have enjoyed simply opening extra re-gifts. I'm not that mean though!
She wouldn't eat in public and wouldn't really eat much at all. She is still teething in high gear and that pretty much ruins any appetite for food. She wants her bottles all the time. She choked on a chip yesterday and ended up spitting up everything on her stomach after a few minutes. It's obvious it is the teething causing her difficulties lately.
She was so cute in her Christmas dresses. We took some pictures but probably not as many as we should have. We enjoyed ourselves more and worried less about all the extra pictures. Her Crystal (dog) passed away Christmas Eve and she hasn't had a chance to realize it yet. Bradley gave her a cold and his ear started bleeding Saturday. Between the both of them being sick, now it's been passed on to me. We will make it through all this!
