Beach!
It's Memorial Day! We spent part of the holiday weekend between Myrtle Beach and Georgetown. Steve had to work Wednesday night, and Thursday and Friday mornings but was off the rest of the time. The kids has a blast on the beach, pool hopping, and all the extra time with mom and dad. Bailey did great on the trip down and back...as long as she could watch her Dora and Diego. She started going to sleep 11pm and getting up at 10am so I'm glad we are finally home and back into our routines. (we had forgot to bring a noise maker so night sleeping was hard) Bailey barely ate while we were gone but since being back home, she is really into trying more foods. She still has no volume but she sure does try so hard. Since adding the cereal back to her bottles, she hasn't spit up again. I have started trying the Y cut nipples again and she is doing great with them this time.
She had a terrific time at the beach. She loves being in or near the water. She went under in the ocean, a wave caught her off guard, and after pulling her out, she was ready to go right back in there again. She would jump in the pool water off the side of the pool and we had to run to catch her in time. I suppose she thinks she will float just like Bradley (he wears his swimmers). She loved playing in the big sandbox and the boys would dig a hole deep enough so it would fill up with water for her to play in. She bought her pool Dora with her so she would have a friend to play with. She loved playing with Bradley's monster trucks with him also.
