UGI

Bailey did some spitting up yesterday but was fine today which seems to be typical for her. She had her UGI today which was very rough on both of us. I don't know why things cannot go easy and as planned. They had to run a tube down her throat to get the barium in her which I expected due to her aversions. She screamed bloody murder the whole time and actually broke out of the straps one time. Then something showed up during the test that warranted further testing. They were mostly concerned about malrotation of the intestions due to her persistant spitting up/vomiting and the UGI results. After waiting an hour, they did an xray of her small valve that leads into the colon and could not get a good enough view so she had have another LGI which actually went much easier. After a 3 hour ordeal, we were finally told she was okay to go home. I am assuming that means everything was fine since no one has called us yet. She did have some reflux to show up on the UGI but nothing too major this time. I think she got it all out of her system yesterday.
