More complications arose with the prescription insurance company covering Bailey's Cimetidine. We were told it would be okay to refill another rx after 4/2/06 but it turned out to be much more complicated than that. I had Dawn to call in a PA and she did so for unlimited amount for the next year. However, the insurance company is still having problems with this showing up and clearing through without a manual feed. After going around with Eckerd Drug too many times, I have decided to xfer the rx's to CVS. CVS did more in 1 hour than Eckerd has done for us since 1/22/06 when all this first started.
