One long Vacation

Sunday, July 30, 2006 Bailey is 50 weeks old!
We have been away since last Friday visiting family along the east coast. Bailey didn't enjoy all the long trips in the car. However the end result, the beach, made up for the ride. She loved playing in the sand and ocean water. Of course they had plenty of pools for her to swim around in also which she always enjoys. My brother, Robbie took all of us on a ride in his boat and Bailey fell right asleep. She didn't enjoy eating out at the restaurant and started fussing and complaining before the food arrived. After that we went to visit her daddy's parents and stayed the remainder of the trip there. She got some new clothes for winter and loved exploring in their nonchildproofed home. She was constantly found behind bookcases, under tables, around wires and other breakables. She had a great time! Wednesday we went up to Myrtle Beach to spend the day with my mom where she finally decides to show off that yes, those lead feet can walk. My mom held onto her hands and off she goes and hasn't stopped yet. She pulls up to a stand a lot now so I suspect it won't be long before she will be walking on her own. She has so much to do she cannot sit still.
